How to Order

1. Delivery

You can order Olive & Crust for delivery through our trusted partners:

Open your preferred app or website
Search for "Olive & Crust" in Just Eat, Deliveroo or Uber Eats (where available).
Choose your sandwiches or platters
Browse the menu, select your schiacciata sandwiches and any sides or drinks on offer.
Select delivery time & address
Enter your delivery details and choose the time slot shown by the platform.
Confirm & pay online
Complete payment through the app – your order comes directly to our kitchen.
We prepare your order fresh
Your schiacciata is baked, filled and packed to travel well, then handed to the delivery partner.

Delivery zones, minimum order and fees are set by each platform and may vary by area and time of day.

Click & collect is ideal if you want your food ready at a specific time and prefer to pick it up yourself (or send a courier).

Place your order in advance
Order via our chosen system (online form / email / platform – depending on how you set it up) and clearly indicate that it's for collection.
Choose your collection time
Select from the available time slots so we can bake and assemble your order close to pick-up.
Receive confirmation
We confirm your order and collection time.
Collect your order
Arrive at the agreed time and collect your schiacciata, freshly prepared and ready to go.

Click & collect is ideal for individual lunches, small groups and those who want to avoid delivery fees.

For office lunches, meetings, workshops and events, we offer pre-ordered schiacciata sandwich platters.

Contact us via the Corporate & Event Catering page or Contact page and tell us:
- Date and time
- Delivery address or collection
- Number of people
- Any dietary requirements
- Approximate budget per person (optional but helpful)
We propose a menu
We suggest a mix of schiacciata platters based on your group size and preferences (including vegetarian options where needed).
Confirm your order
Once you're happy with the selection and quote, we confirm your booking and schedule your order.
Preparation & delivery / collection
On the day, we prepare your platters fresh and:
- Deliver to your office or venue (where possible), or
- Have everything ready for collection at the agreed time.

Last-minute requests may be possible depending on capacity, but cannot be guaranteed.

We take allergens and dietary needs seriously.

Please inform us clearly of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order.
For corporate and event orders, we can provide clearly labelled platters (e.g. vegetarian, pork-free, etc.) where possible.
While we do our best to reduce cross-contamination risk, all food is prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens.

If you have specific concerns, contact us before ordering and we will advise what is and isn't suitable.

For delivery via Just Eat / Deliveroo / Uber Eats, changes and cancellations must follow each platform's rules.
For corporate and catering orders, changes and cancellations should be made as early as possible. Significant last-minute changes may not be possible once production has started.
We do everything we can to ensure orders are ready or delivered at the agreed time. In case of delays (traffic, weather, etc.), we'll communicate clearly.

If you're not sure how much to order, or which sandwiches work best for your group, we're happy to guide you.

For small orders, start from our Signature Sandwiches.
For teams, we typically recommend a mix of bestsellers + vegetarian options, with sandwiches cut into shareable portions.
