2. Orders

All orders placed through our website, email, phone or third-party platforms are subject to availability and acceptance by Olive & Crust.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time due to product availability, operational issues, or suspected misuse.

3. Prices & Payment

• All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.

• Prices may change without prior notice.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g. approved corporate accounts).

• We accept online payments and other payment methods as displayed on our website.

4. Collection & Delivery

Pickup

Pickup orders are available at the agreed time and location. Customers are responsible for collecting orders on time.

Delivery

• Delivery availability, areas and fees may vary.

• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or operational conditions.

• Olive & Crust is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

5. Catering Orders

• Catering orders typically require 24–48 hours' notice.

• Minimum order values may apply depending on order size and delivery location.

• A deposit or full payment may be required in advance for large or corporate orders.

• Any changes or cancellations must be communicated as early as possible.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of food:

• Orders cancelled less than 24 hours before the agreed time may not be eligible for a refund.

• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.

• If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve it promptly.

7. Allergens & Dietary Requirements

Our food may contain or come into contact with allergens including (but not limited to):
gluten (wheat), milk, eggs, nuts, sesame, soy, celery, sulphites.

While we take care in preparation, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of ordering.

8. Food Quality & Safety

All food is prepared fresh using high-quality ingredients and in accordance with food safety regulations. Once food has been collected or delivered, Olive & Crust cannot accept responsibility for improper storage or handling by the customer.

9. Website Use

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only.
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation.

All content on this website (text, images, logos, branding) is the property of Olive & Crust and may not be copied or used without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability
